Please read the following information carefully before booking your session, as it contains essential details for your appointment.
Booking and Deposits
Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. This deposit will be applied to your remaining balance, which is due on the day of the shoot before we begin.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. The date you wish to reschedule for may not be available. You are allowed one reschedule with the original deposit. Further rescheduling will require a new deposit and booking.
Tardiness and Cancellations
Grace Period: If you are running late, please inform me immediately. Your session time will be reduced by the amount of time you are late.
Cancellations: If you cannot attend your session due to an emergency, contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. However, if you do not show up and do not call, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of our professional relationship.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your session.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include CashApp, ApplePay, and Zelle.
Photo Delivery
Please specify your desired turnaround time for receiving your photos. If you require your photos within 24 hours, please include this request when booking.
Additional Information
For travel sessions, please ensure the photographer has access to the location 30 minutes prior for setup and 30 minutes after for breakdown.
